*After the initial 5 hours of cyber or data incident response included in the above pricing (“Immediate Incident Response”):
(a) where full remediation is not possible within that timeframe, the Cyber Security Helpdesk Incident Responder will provide a full report to the client based on the incident which shall include further steps to be taken and a breakdown of the fee for the quoted services. The client is under no obligation to procure any further services from either Cyber Security Helpdesk Limited or the Cyber Security Helpdesk Incident Responder.
(b) where any further time is spent in addition to the Immediate Incident Response BUT prior to the aforementioned report being circulated, the client agrees to pay a fee per person, per hour (or part thereof) equal to the following rates: Micro: £100; Small: £122; Growth: £150; Medium: £180; Large: £225; Enterprise: £275
